1. Before starting the small wheel loader, check whether the engine oil and water are sufficient. Put all the operating levers in the neutral position, and start the machine at a low speed after passing the inspection. At the same time, check whether various instruments are normal.
2. Adhere to routine maintenance, keep the machinery in good condition, and repair the machine parts if they fail. During the operation of the machine, it is forbidden to clean, tighten, lubricate, adjust, etc.
3. Before driving the loader, pay attention to check whether there are obstacles and dangerous objects around. Obstacles that affect the construction of the work area must be cleared in advance before working. Driving after drinking is prohibited.
4. When operating the machine, the driver must concentrate, not smoke or joke with others, and do not force the operation if you are sick (with a doctor's certificate). Non-drivers are strictly prohibited from driving.
5. When the loader is driving on the road, it must strictly abide by the relevant traffic rules and regulations issued by the traffic control department. Drive at medium speed, be safe and polite, and do not slide in neutral when going downhill.
6. In the case of hard soil, the loader is not allowed to push the shovel forcibly to avoid damaging the machine parts. Other machines must be used to loosen the soil before the loader can work.
7. Strictly implement maintenance procedures. After each work, the machine must be wiped clean and the tightening, lubrication and adjustment of each part must be checked.
8. Perform first-level maintenance every 200-250 hours of work, check and adjust the clearance of each part, tighten the bearings of each part, and replace the engine oil.
9. At the end of each work, the machine should be driven to a safe area and not parked in potholes and water. Operation records should be kept. The driver can leave the post only after closing the doors and windows and locking them (in winter, the water in the machine body and the small box should be drained to prevent freezing of the cylinder).
10. When the loader is driving, the bucket should be retracted and the bucket should be about 400~500mm off the ground. Pay attention to whether there are roadblocks or high-voltage wires during driving. No other people are allowed to ride except the specified drivers.
11. When the loader is driving, avoid sudden changes in direction. When the bucket is lifted with a load, do not make sharp turns or sudden brakes.
12. When the front wheel loader is driving on the road, it must comply with traffic rules and drive carefully. It is forbidden to slide in neutral when going downhill.
13. If the engine is turned off on a slope, the bucket should be placed on the ground and braked, and the operating levers should be placed in the middle position before starting the engine.
14. The loader should pay attention to the bucket arm should not be raised too high.
15. When unloading on the slope, trench, and pit, be careful not to extend the bucket too much to avoid overturning.
16. It is not allowed to work on the site with an inclination exceeding the specified angle, and there should be no obstacles and irrelevant personnel in the working area.
17. When the loader bogie is not locked, it is strictly forbidden to stand between the front and rear frames for inspection and maintenance.
18. After the boom is raised, before lubrication and adjustment, the safety pin must be installed or other measures must be taken to support the boom to prevent the boom from falling and injuring people.
19. After operation, the loader should be parked in a safe place, the bucket should be placed flat on the ground, all operating levers should be placed in the middle position, and the brakes should be locked.
